This makes me so upset. THIS is what they do in magazines with photoshop and what many many models do to their actual bodies! This woman is so beautiful at her natural size and after she is photoshopped… she looks anorexic. Then images like these scatter the pages of every magazine out there and are deemed beautiful. And because there is only one type of body in these magazines- everybody wants to look like them. Models, women, and little girls. WHEN IN REALITY, most of the women in the magazines are photoshopped to look that way. Its awful!

This is disgusting..

I was pretty much with you until you said the one of the most ignorant things ever, which was “she looks anorexic”. I absolutely loathe how people use that word to describe skinny/slim/fit/petite people. Just because someone is that size does NOT mean they are suffering from an eating disorder. Even though it is indeed photoshopped she does not ‘look’ anorexic in the after. However she is made to look much slimmer than what she really is and that is something I don’t agree with. I don’t get the point of the excessive retouching such as this, but that is just how it is unfortunately.
I highly suggest you browse a few pro-ana blogs around tumblr (or the web) to see what anorexia ‘looks like’. Also anorexia ≠ slim/fit. I understand the point of this post, I really fucking do, but anorexia isn’t a look, its a eating disorder. Either use the term correctly or don’t use it at all.

^i completely agree. Who the fuck are you to say that. I hate how ignorant some people can be
